This unique addition & renovation project was undertaken as requested by the local community to expand a well-established nursing home corporation that focuses on alzheimer's & dementia care. Patients were becoming overcrowded in the facility & the Owner group took action by procuring our services to expand a capital investment into their corporation. Our team worked closely with Stakeholder’s to integrate their desires & bring their visions to life. The nursing home remained occupied by patients & its staff while project progress was sensitive to disturbances. During design, we were diligent in presenting thorough value engineering that would surpass the expectations of stakeholders & occupants. From reinforced safety measures to the implementation of calming design elements, our commitment to excellence was evident in every aspect of the build. The new living space now provides a safe & comfortable space for the residents, & we are honored to have been a part of this expansion project.
