This site preparation project included the re-zoning & re-grading of a 6-acre lot for commercial trucking services. The newly capitalized lot now provides truck parking & cross-docking, serving a crucial part of logistics operations for its stakeholders. Considering the asset-based processes that were envisioned for this lots use, significant infrastructure was procured, including the introduction of high voltage utility power, innovative security systems, & security fencing & operating gates, which have allowed for safe designated parking & cross-docking operations. The efficient management of truck movement & asset-tracking was vital to the Project Team when preparing the design. We commend the owner group for paving the way in land development & asset-based investing.
