About The Project
The comprehensive renovation project spanned multiple divisions to enhance the performance & functionality of a monumental landmark on Toronto’s naval waterfront. Beginning with a roof replacement, this initiative improved building performance and addressed a long-outstanding maintenance concern. This was followed by interior fit outs & miscellaneous refurbishments, bringing a fresh & purposeful re-design to the spaces within.
A mechanical & electrical upgrade followed which formed an integral part in modernizing the building's climate control systems, ensuring optimal comfort & energy efficiency. Interior renovations further contributed to the overall transformation, enhancing the way occupants use the space today.
Public access & marketing of this project are limited due to the Reliability Status clearance demands for the Ministry of Defense.
